Quick and important: everything AubX sells is intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. Not for people. Not for pets. Not for that one buddy who "does his own research." This page explains exactly what that means, and by using this site or ordering from us, you're agreeing to all of it.
We know disclaimers aren't anyone's idea of a fun read, so we kept it clear. But please don't skim this one, it's the part that matters most.
The short version

- They are not drugs, supplements, food, cosmetics, or medical devices.
- They are not for human or animal consumption — in any way, in any amount, by any route, ever.

What our products are (and aren't)
The materials sold by AubX are research compounds intended solely for in-vitro experimentation and laboratory research conducted by qualified professionals and researchers.
They are not:

- Intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition
If a product could be swallowed, injected, applied, inhaled, or otherwise introduced into a human or animal body — don't. That's not what these are for, and that's not what you're buying them for.
Not for human or animal consumption
We'll say it plainly, because plain is the point: our products are not for consumption by humans or animals. This isn't a suggestion or a formality. By purchasing, you agree that you will not ingest, inject, administer, or otherwise introduce any product into yourself, another person, or any animal.
If you're looking for something to take, treat a condition, or use on a living thing, AubX is not the place and we say that sincerely, not cutely.

Our statements and products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Who should be buying
To purchase from AubX, you confirm that:

Handling, safety, and storage
Research materials deserve respect and a bit of caution. By purchasing, you confirm you're equipped to handle, store, and dispose of them safely and responsibly, following accepted laboratory practices and any applicable safety guidelines.
Yes, this is the part where we remind you that goggles exist and gloves are your friend. Treat these products like the research materials they are.
Your responsibility to follow the law
Regulations covering research compounds differ by country, state, and locality, and it's on you to know and follow the ones that apply to you. By ordering, you confirm that purchasing, possessing, and using these products is legal where you are, and that you're not using our site to do anything that isn't.
We supply research materials. We can't act as your legal or regulatory advisor, and this page isn't legal advice, it's a clear statement of the terms you're agreeing to.
Assumption of risk and release
Because these products are sold strictly for research use, you assume full responsibility and all risk associated with their handling, storage, and use once they leave our hands. Our commitment to quality
None of the above means we take shortcuts; quite the opposite. We invest in independent, third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) verification because we believe researchers deserve to know exactly what they're working with. Selling research materials responsibly and standing behind their quality are not in tension; they're the whole point.
