Drop us a note with your order number (if you've got one) and as much detail as you can. The more we know up front, the faster we can actually help instead of playing twenty questions.

When you'll hear back

We aim to respond within 24-48 hours. We're not a giant call center with hold music that slowly erodes your will to live, we're real people, so if you email us at 2 a.m. on a Saturday, we'll get to it, just maybe not at 2:01 a.m. on a Saturday.

If it's been longer than you'd expect and you haven't heard from us, check your spam folder first (our replies occasionally get filed there by overzealous inboxes), then feel free to nudge us again.

What we can't help with

We can't offer medical, health, or dosing advice — our products are strictly for laboratory research, and that's a hard line for us (there's more on that in our Research Use Disclaimer). If you've got a health question, please talk to a licensed professional. We're great at a lot of things; being your doctor isn't one of them.
